 After graduating from college in the state of Washington, I moved to the Southwest where I've lived and painted for many years.  My love of the outdoors and days of hiking or riding horses in the sunshine have influenced my subject matter, style and use of color. My entire life has been spent involved in drawing and painting. Participating in many invitational shows has gained me collectors from all across the country and outside the borders as well. Many of my images have been published as greeting cards, puzzles, banners and other products for the retail market. From time to time I paint over sized murals in homes and at commercial locations. During those times, my husband Mike takes the wheel as production manager. There were years when I worked and painted in the business world but the most rewarding times have been when I could produce my own heartfelt original paintings some of which will be offered for sale on this website. Being a very versatile artist with a wide range of subject matter I’ve painted Horses, Western, Wildlife, portraits of people and their animals most often in a traditional style. Occasionally whimsical and fantasy paintings will also be available. All paintings are shipped unframed with each canvas stretched ready for framing. All orders will be handled with the utmost care, as we strive to please our customers.
